Trinity Leeds presented one of the more demanding environments we've worked in — a full toilet refurbishment carried out across 6 phases, entirely within a live and operational shopping centre.
With footfall continuing around us throughout the project, careful programme management and site discipline were essential from day one. The scope included full tanking to all wet areas, Ditra matting across the floor substrate to protect against movement and moisture, and large format tiling throughout — a finish that demanded precision and consistency across every phase.
Working in a live environment brings a different set of challenges compared to a vacant site: restricted access windows, noise limitations, public safety considerations, and the need to hand back completed areas on time so the facilities could reopen between phases. The team navigated all of it without compromising on the quality of the finish.
The result is a high-traffic commercial toilet facility built to last, delivered phase by phase with minimal disruption and maximum attention to detail.
