Sevendale House was a demanding project by any measure — a live office refurbishment in Manchester requiring SGB Contractors to deliver over 900m² of large format 1200x1200 porcelain tiling and matting across 5 floors, all without disrupting the businesses operating around us.
Working in a live environment at this scale requires a different level of organisation. Access windows, noise restrictions, and the need to keep communal areas functional throughout the programme all add layers of complexity that don't exist on a vacant site. The team managed every one of those challenges whilst maintaining the quality of finish the specification demanded.
Large format 1200x1200 tiles leave nowhere to hide — substrate preparation, levelling, and laying precision all have to be right. Across 5 floors and 900m², that consistency was delivered throughout.
