Lawnswood House in Leeds was a substantial commercial tiling package, with SGB Contractors responsible for the full supply and fix across approximately 1,000m² spread over 3 floors.
The scope covered 6 toilet areas, lobby spaces, a reception area finished in herringbone, and a full tiled staircase — each area requiring its own approach whilst maintaining a consistent, high-quality finish throughout the building.
Taking on the supply as well as the installation allowed us to manage the project end to end, ensuring the right materials arrived on time and to specification. It's an approach that removes risk for the client and keeps the programme moving — and on a project of this size and complexity, that matters.
